The Faith Group is a family-owned investment and development business specializing in retail, multifamily, office and hospitality. Its approach focuses on improving the value and usefulness of properties through repositioning and development.
Based in Aventura, the group works across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Its connected capabilities span investment, financing, architecture, construction, leasing, management and brokerage.
The family’s entrepreneurial history includes involvement in the startup of Gulliver’s Travel Associates, founded in London in 1975. The privately owned travel business grew to more than 2,400 employees and 31 offices in 25 countries, with a substantial presence in Japan, China and Hong Kong. It received the Queen’s Award for Export Achievement twice before its acquisition by Cendant Corporation in 2005.
The family began investing in well-located commercial assets in Miami-Dade and Broward in the late 1990s. Individual family members brought their own experience to the business, establishing the combination of perspectives that remains central to the group.
